  • We recommend you get started skating in loose, comfortable clothing with flat sneakers (no running shoes). All skaters must be equipped with a Helmet and Pad Set (Elbow, Knees and Wrist) as well as a refillable water bottle.

  • Yes, it is compulsory to wear protective gear at our sessions, this includes a helmet, wrist guards, knee and elbow pads.

  • If you don't have the proper gear for skateboarding, we can hire gear for your upcoming session. Please let us know here and we will bring this to your next session.

  • Us! We also operate Concrete Skate Supply - your local East Sydney skate shop located at Bondi Beach. Find a wide variety of decks, hardware, clothing, accessories, protective gear and more in-store and online for home delivery.

  • A term runs in accordance to the NSW school holiday calendar and is usually 9-10 weeks, 1 lesson per week. Sessions may vary due to public holidays.

  • We're always accepting new skaters and if there's a spot available yes you can! Term programs are in high demand and limited to availability, if you can't see anything available please contact us here and we'll get back to you.

  • Yes! Each half term we automatically rebook those who have attend the half term previous, you will receive confirmation of this via email.

  • We will not run term lessons on public holidays, alternative workshops and private lessons may be offered.

  • Whilst we are based in Bondi Beach we run lessons at Bondi Beach Skate Park, Maroubra Beach Skate Park, Mutch Skate Park- Pagewood, Sydney Park Skate Park - Erskineville, Sydenham Skate Park and Federal Park Skate Park - Glebe.

  • We offer fun and active skateboarding birthday parties for all abilities. For more information please contact us here and we'll get in touch about our birthday party packages tailored to suit your needs.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Concrete Riders Gift Certificates.

  • For us to conduct our lessons in a safe environment, we will only hold a skateboarding lesson after any wet weather if the ground is completely dry and does not have any moisture. It is at Concrete Riders discretion to reschedule a session. Concrete Riders will advise via text message at least 1 hour prior to the lesson.
